How do I place a custom order?

At this time we are not accepting custom orders, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

If you have any other questions or collaboration requests please email us at info@thesparklecompanychicago.com, and we will respond within 24-48 hours. Please note that response times may vary depending on the season and designer availability.

Why do custom designs cost so much? 

Products that are mass-manufactured overseas typically cost a lot less as these items are made in a factory and frequently, made with materials that are much cheaper in quality. 

For our custom designs, we first draft a plan based on the specific details of your request.

After confirming with our client, we execute our strategy using multiple design techniques that take time, special expertise, and precision.

Our clients understand that no two products will be made the same, as each of our designs is handmade.

We use high-quality materials and embellish with multi-faceted crystals that reflect light adding brilliance to every design. Our designer places each crystal meticulously by hand and, depending upon your desired outcome, it could take several hours to many weeks to complete a design.

When you purchase a custom piece by The Sparkle Company Chicago® you receive a quality product proudly made in the United States that is likely unavailable to anyone else.

How long does it take to create a custom design?

Processing and creation times vary based on how complicated the design is and how busy we are at the time that you place your order. (Holidays, graduation, wedding, and prom seasons are busy times for us.)

We encourage you to reach out 6-8 weeks before your deadline.

Most designs can be finished within 2-4 weeks outside of the aforementioned seasons. In the event an item is needed faster, there will be a convenience fee applied which is assessed depending on the item required.

I see an item that I want, but it isn't on your site.

How can I purchase it?

Most of the designs you see on our social media and other outlets are custom designs. Since our custom designs are not mass manufactured they are not available to add to cart. Additionally, our PenPops® are seasonal and offered on a pop-up basis. If you would like a chance at purchasing, please subscribe to our site and follow our socials for updates.
